Get Wisdom

"Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee"
(Proverbs 4:7-9)

Someone once asked, "How do you attain wisdom?" The response was, "Avoid doing the things that you see others doing wrong, which lead them into trouble." In other words, learn from others' mistakes. However, nowadays, many people seem to lack wisdom, as they continue to make the same mistakes repeatedly. When asked why they engaged in actions that led to trouble, they often have no explanation. Some people don't know why they married their spouse. Solomon emphasized the importance of gaining wisdom and understanding. Having all the education in the world is not beneficial if it is not accompanied by wisdom. Wisdom should be a priority, as it can bring honor when used correctly. On the other hand, foolishness can lead to destruction.
