God Already Knows

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: (Philippians 1:6)

Life can be confusing if we don't understand God's plan for us. When a baby is born, we don't know what they will grow up to be. They could become anything, but God already knows. Just like a potter molds clay with a plan in mind, God had a vision for the human race when He created Adam. Sometimes we try to take control, but that's usually when things go wrong. Paul said that he was confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Remember this: What God has started in your life, He will finish. He already knows His plans for you, so let Him carry them out. If you start feeling envious, jealous, or threatened by others, God might need to work on removing impurities from your life. Every day, we are a work in progress. God is developing lasting qualities in us that reflect Him. So, don't try to rush ahead of God. Just be yourself and let Him finish what He has started in you.
