I perceive a double standard in today's world. Many people emphasize the importance of loving everyone, but in reality, we witness the opposite. Those who advocate for love often speak words of hate, anger, and division while fighting for their "love cause". I have seen pastors standing before their congregations and promoting the message of "loving everyone," only to walk outside the church and speak negatively about a certain group of people. That’s exactly what I mean by a double standard. If we expect to go to heaven, we need to have a connection with God. The scripture says that having a connection with God produces the fruit of love. We will know who people are by the fruit they produce. Start by expressing your love for Jesus before you try to promote a love cause to people. Literally, when is the last time you have sung a love song to Jesus? "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked" (1 John 2:6). He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
