Knowledge Is Power

A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.

(Proverbs 14:6)

Thought For Today:
Parents who spend quality time with their children during their early years, teaching them important values such as obedience and life skills, often witness their children excel academically and become valuable members of society. Those who fail to educate their children may end up visiting them in jails and prisons. Solomon said that knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth. When children receive instructions at an early age, they tend to learn and understand things more quickly. They can comprehend what is expected of them with greater ease and navigate through life with fewer issues. Moreover, they appear more capable of solving problems independently. When asked about the 10,000 times the light bulb he was trying to produce didn't work, Thomas Edison famously said, I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. When one possesses knowledge, they view their problems not as failures but as challenges and can work through them without giving up.
