We’ll Leave The Light On

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven".(Matthew 5:14-16)

Thought For Today:

Jesus said, that we must let our light so shine before men, that they may see our good works, and glorify our Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 5: 16). Jesus said that we are light and that we are as a city sat on a hill that cannot be hidden. So we must shine. You may be thinking, we are a small church, or I'm the only one, or we are only a few. Well, let me encourage you to turn on the light because somebody is trying to find their way home. It's dark out there and someone is trying to stay on course. Let’s be like Motel 6 and leave the lights on.
