Excited To Be At Church

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem. Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together: Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD. For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.

Thought For Today:
I enjoy attending worship services at the house of the Lord. It's amazing to witness the Holy Ghost's power and see people's lives transformed as they develop a relationship with God. As David once said, "I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord." Why was he so thrilled about attending church? Because it's a sanctuary where we can seek comfort and find strength during difficult times. It's also where people of similar faith come together to worship the one true God. We can unburden ourselves and find relief in this holy place. It's a source of eternal joy and pleasure. I eagerly anticipate attending the next service. If you're looking for a friend or a listening ear, or if you want to escape the worries of life for a while, consider visiting the house of God. It's a peaceful place where you can prosper.
