Just Judgement

And David reigned over all Israel, and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people.

For any leader, possessing traits like justice and judgment are crucial. It's important to approach all situations with impartiality and a sound sense of judgment. When Jesus returns, he will judge everyone according to his Word. As he says in John 12:47-48, "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day". So, always remember that justice can only be served when we understand the truth.
